Park Reservation Fees

Parks, Field & Tennis Court Rental Fees

Resident Only Fees – Picnic/Pavilion Reservations
• Group size under 50: $25 application fee for reservation only
• Group size 50 – 199: $50 per hour plus application fee. This cost includes a Facility Aide to be present. Must include set-up and clean up times.
• Group size 200+: $100 per hour plus application fee. This includes a Facility Aide to be present. Must include set-up and clean up times.
• Additional fees $10 per field/basketball court/tennis court
A Licensing Outdoor Assemblies permit must also be obtained from the Township Clerks office.

Non-Resident Fees – Picnic/Pavilion Reservations
• Group size under 50: $50 application fee for park reservation only
• Group size 50 – 199: $50 per hour plus application fee. This cost includes a Facility Aide to be present. Must include set-up and clean up times.
• Additional fees: $20 per field/basketball court/tennis court
In-town Sport League Field Requests*
• $10 per field/per court/per day non-profit organizations
• $20 per field/per court/per day for profit organizations

Out of town Sport League Field Requests*
• $20 per field/per court/per day non-profit organizations
• $40 per field/per court/ day for profit organizations

*Application fee not required. The picnic/pavilion area is not included in these fees. Please refer to the above resident fees to reserve the picnic areas.

Rain Date Policy
• To hold and reserve a rain date is an additional application fee (non-refundable)
• If an event gets rained out & no rain date was reserved, the requester will have a credit and can transfer it to another day
